Ampuloma: fistulotomía con drenaje biliar y prótesis plástica en espera de tratamiento quirúrgico (caso de Juan Martín)

CASE:

54yr old male patient admitted by jaundice. US and CT can be seen dilatation of bile ducts. Endoscopic view shows a papilla-like Ampulloma and it seems that over the papilla there is a hole that drains pus. We canulate the bile duct through the fistulous opening. Bile duct is slightly dilated without intraductal mass.
